How Our Custom Memory Jewelry Process Works

✨ Step 1: Schedule an Appointment
We work by appointment only to ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention.
• Local? Message us to schedule an in-office consultation.
• Not local? We accept items by mail with detailed instructions (below).

✍️ Step 2: Fill Out Terms & Submit Deposit
Message us for a PDF of our Terms and Order Form—we’ll text it to you directly.
If you’re visiting us in person, we have printed copies ready to sign.
A 50% deposit is required to begin your custom piece. Remaining balance is due at completion.

🌸 Step 3: Gather Your Keepsake Materials
Please label everything clearly with your name in black Sharpie.
Accepted Materials:
• Flowers: Up to 4 colors may be included. Bring 1 full bloom of each color you’d like used.
• Breast Milk: 1 oz in a sealed container marked with your name. Frozen or refrigerated is fine.
• Ashes/Hair:
- Ashes: 2 tablespoons in a sealed bag or container.
- Hair: A small lock is sufficient. -

When we chat, we’ll go over specifics and available settings.
We keep sterling silver samples in our shop—feel free to view them during your appointment.
Note: Some jewelry styles may be out of stock, so it’s helpful to have 2–3 favorites in mind.

🕰 Step 5: Production Timeline & Completion
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted and considered heirloom artwork, not mass-produced jewelry.
• Typical turnaround is 16–22 weeks (longer for large or complex orders).
Because of the care involved, we cannot guarantee exact completion dates but will always do our best to accommodate.
